If you're looking for some cloud space go to Digital Ocean. Plans start at $5. They sit on a Tier 2 backbone with gigabit connections. Even the cheapest plan they offer comes with one terabyte of bandwidth per month.
Run a mail server? Comes with a reverse IP. Want IPv6? Has it. BUT!!! Be careful. They host a LOT of spammers and you'll probably run into a lot of other mail servers out there that won't do business with you and a lot of your mail WILL BE REJECTED. If you complain about it they will more or less say, "Piss off! Rent a mailserver somewhere else."
